Joshua Tree, California

 

I finally made it to Joshua Tree, after visiting Palm Springs since I was a baby.  I was surprisingly surprised at how amazing it was.  I knew it would be beautiful, since it’s such a famous national park but I just wasn’t expecting to be so blown away by it.  The weather we had was chilly, and by chilly I mean we saw people wearing toques, jackets and hoodies.  Of course, I was dressed for the beach in my short shorts. However, despite the wrong attire, we did get to see Joshua Tree from the car, and I managed to get some nice shots from the quick “running out of the car” photo sessions.

These lovely young ladies were in Bali, Indonesia.  We shot photos of them with each passenger as they got off the ships.  The girls are very talented dancers as well.

At Melbourne’s GPO!!  Right off Bourke Street in Melbourne, Australia comes the totally unique shopping experience of a former post office (General Post Office) turned shopping centre!!  And we can all agree the change that took place in 2004 was for the best.

Home Sweet Home

has it honestly been since Montreal that I posted a post?

I’m due so here is some news: Lately I’ve been working a lot with friends doing some “at home”creative photography work. My beautiful girlfriends have been so great to me and made the transition from trendy Montreal to home-sweet-home Calgary all the better.  While doing a revamp of my site I came up with some cute ideas and let’s not let them get to waste.

This is what you’d see at the top of the website, with a little menu on the left.. or the right.. I hadn’t made the final decision. And you would have columns, like reading a newspaper…  OK, and the headline in this issue was, of course, Anne and Jocelyn in the latest photoshoot!!

Hey friends,
I have been such an inactive blogger lately, and I apologize!  The blog has kept me going until spring and since I have just been out enjoying the weather and been avoiding the internet as much as possible.  That, and I got a new full time job AND been busy starting up a production company.

It could be a great thing!  As an artist,  I don’t know much about business, so I’m counting on my partners, and all the while it should be very interesting to learn about starting up a business. The whole experience is A+.   Some of the live concert photographs I’ve taken are up on our Myspace and our Facebook pages, check em out!   Groups we’ve worked with include The Captains Map leads to a Vortex, Endangered Ape, and Nista.

As well, I’ve got a great batch of lovely photos featuring the beautiful Hefter Twins, Jackie and Leanna who are the most adorable and fun girls to work with!
